Shipping policy

SHIPPING
Free shipping for orders over a R1000.
An additional Flat Rate of R100 for orders under R1000 will be added to your cart.
Orders will be processed within 24 hours.
Allow at least 7-14 days for delivery depending on courier service and area of delivery.
A waybill/tracking number will be provided for you to track delivery of your purchase.
 
We are currently only able to deliver in South Africa.
 
Exchange and returns
Clothing can be exchanged or returned only if in original sale condition (unused, unworn, unwashed, undamaged with original tags/labels attached).
Notify us within 7 days of delivery in writing to info4serenity@gmail.com 
Proof of purchase must be provided.
The cost of shipping for exchanges will be for the cost of the customer.
 
If the clothing is faulty notify us in writing within 5 working days of receipt to info4serenity@gmail.com  
We will assist you with the process of returning faulty clothing.
Faulty clothing must be returned in original sale condition (unused, unworn, unwashed, undamaged with original tags/labels attached).
Proof of purchase must be provided.
 
The refund of orders and courier costs returning faulty clothing will be determined once the clothing has been received and inspection has been completed.
